storm to get gusty winds out of the north through the morning and then it will subside this afternoon. the back edge of the cloud deck is moving into the potomac when that will move through our region. around and after sunrise we will see a clearing in the metro area. a high-pressure will diminish the winds later on today and bring sunshine. the area of low pressure developing in the rockies will clip us by tomorrow afternoon and evening. it's enough to warrant an isolated sprinkle chance mainly northwest of the metro area tomorrow afternoon and evening. but it will not be a bad day tomorrow. breeze through lunchtime. sunny and 48 this afternoon. that's average for this time of year. the potomac highlands could have a sprinkle late in the day tomorrow and maybe frederick loudoun county, and the panhandle of west virginia tomorrow afternoon. better chance of rain by friday. much warmer air along with that. a taste of spring.

george huguely on saturday. this after a marathon testimony. it could be days before we have a verdict. jummy olabanji is live in a satellite center with the latest this morning >> . good morning. court resumes again wednesday morning at 9:00. that is because today is obviously a federal holiday. tomorrow was scheduled as a grand jury day. there was plenty of testimony on saturday. the jury sat through nearly 10 hours of closing arguments from the prosecution and from the defense. prosecutors insisted that the defendant george huguely killed his girlfriend yeardley love in a drunken rage. they told the jury that love never had a chance. the defense admitted that george huguely was "stupid drunkard's that night as he contributed to her death but did not intend to harm her."' prosecutors said that his acts were not accidental and that is being drawn was no excuse for

selling book would cover the whole campaign. the hbo movie is just about the john mccain's campaign. we start with the 60 days of the election campaign. governor sarah palin said on our website, there they go again, and said that it is sensationalized and distorted. she put up some pictures that showed her in a softer light. we spoke with the filmmakers. they said they did not want this to be seen as a hit on governor pailin they want this to be seen as a fair portrayal. we see her electrifying crowds and her touching connection with children and families. whether you like governor sarah palin or not, there's something for you in the movie. >> doesn't have any effect

because of the timing on what's happening with the gop right now? >> the republican party does not have a face right now. there's a vacuum. most republicans don't want that face to be governor pailin but it is an opportunity former, a chance to galvanize her supporters. game change is not a documentary, so we do seem words coming out of the characters mousths that were in the book. they found some stuff that the authors of the book did not have an did verify. governor sarah palin was given a chance to be interviewed and has not. and she is not seen the movie either even though she was given a chance to see it. >> thank you. >> [ female announcer ] this
